Con Edison Mobile Command Center

Among the chaos along the Mamaroneck flats, Con Ed has set up their mobile command center. It looks quite impressive, I can only imagine what the inside has to hold. Didn't even know they had this. (Special thanks to x901)

Why doesn't Verplanck FD have one of these in Green yet.

Isn't Westchester DES shopping for a new mobile command center??? Has anyone looked into a donation from Con Ed?

Like all Con Edison "apparatus," that truck only has room for one "worker" inside.

In the finest Con Edison tradition, only one guy will be working at a desk, and ten others will be standing around watching or supervising him. One or two others might be seated up front, feet on the dash, reading one of the daily New York rags.
